Thank fuck he is dead, one less radical to use and abuse people and religion. As the for the burial at sea, he had to be buried within 24 hours, and if he's at sea then there's no shrine.

I can understand the USA citizens celebrating. Having been to New York and talking to people that live, work, and lost people there it is hard not to emphasize with them. If someone had wiped out 3000 people in Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, Edinburgh, or London city centre etc then I'm sure everyone would be celebrating. It's part of dealing with the grief and anger that they have endured.

Sure there are going to be reprisals, but who said war is easy...

Hoorah for spec ops today.

Really? I think it's sad that people are naive enough to actually think it's going to make even the slightest difference.

If you look at it from another point of view - 115,000-140,000 civilian casualties to get him? If the roles were reversed how would we feel?

I'm really just trying to provoke a thoughtful discussion here, rather than a mindless cheer.

I don't think he was number 1 terrorist, the US government made up his profile and blamed 911 on him. Either way it won't change anything and so called "terrorism" will never stop because the governments profit from it. I think they published it to increase Obama's ratings in the politics...

Think the official pictures haven't been released yet, the one that was used on TV is a photoshop from what I've seen so I wouldn't place any worth on it's origins.
