As your club representative I have spent my morning trying to get a more satisfactory resolution to this. I have spoken to our Office Manager and also to the Director of the company regarding this situation. Naturally, we are very sorry for the current situation you find yourself in, especially as we acted in good faith when we put you on cover.
Whilst we appreciate that this may not be the ideal resolution for you, we are more than happy to offer you TPFT cover at a further discounted rate. Alternatively if you decide this isn't an option we will be happy to refund you in full for the time you have spent on cover, therefore this whole situation will not have cost you any money, just the unfortunate inconvenience.
Once again, our criteria does change on a regular basis, this criteria is dictated to us by our various insurers/underwriters. Insurers/underwriters are allowed to withdraw a rate/acceptance criteria at any time and we have given you as much notice as possible of this.
We would like to apolgise to Adam once again for the inconvenience caused and hope that what we have agreed above goes to show that we take these situations very seriously and will to our very best to resolve them.
