When swapping from 5E to 4E timing marks, am I correct in thinking all that needs done is the cam pully gear just needs taken off and rotated round so the 5E mark matches the exact same dimple as the 4E was lined up to? Or do the cams need realigned in a different way?
are you smoking somting??:haha: 10s i dont tink so dude
we will soon know whats best when me and spuddy head to the dyno
ha ha ya mybe 9seconds 13 second cars wont really keep up when its running right
Got the mani welded today, no holes now boyos!!!
I would love to take it up to the rollers again this weekend and try er out but really low on the old funds. The car is definatly more wicked, and changing gears on boost doesn't create that wee dead spot I was getting for a split second, just seems to stay on boost properly.
Also its alot less lazy off boost.
haha
:haha:
yes now get that boost up to 1.8 bar lad:drive:
till ya get into the 9s:haha::haha:..lol
great to see a 12 second run off a starlet up there anyone get 12s up there yet
well gary we want to see you running 9 seconds lad
I'd need some sort of flux capacitor system for a 9s or even 10s pass lol!!! I'll be happy with getting into the 12s, once its of the road it'll get some proper lightweight treatment and more power.
flux capacitor system did you not tell me you were running NOS
