Can someone advise me. I got my turbo timer fitted. When u go for a drive and then turn off the engine. It keeps the ignition on but it does not keep the egine running. Is this correct? Shouldnt the engine remain ticking over?

I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem with the drivers seat tearing? Mine has a tear in the black/blue material on the top side strip. Im looking to find where i can get hold of this material cause i can then get it repaired for like 20 quid.
