I got the TurboXS manual boost controller It stays @ the desired PSI and no boost creep with it hooked up :)

Your always gonna hear weird and unusual noises when u have a modded car from time to time...lol This is normal :p When I hear noises every once and a while, it usually "fixes" itself.

Also check to see if your Oil Return line is clogged or restricted. I had a MAJOR smoking problem recently (Worse then smoke caused by worn/blown oil seals) and it was due to a restriction in my oil return line. Made a new line and no more smoking :) I also went ahead and change my PCV valve also.

Did u have any problems prior? Did u use a different brand of oil and spark plugs then before? I recently had a smoking problem and it was do to a restriction in my oil return line. When was the last time ur PCV valve was changed?

Where is he and why is he labeled by some as "infamous"? He sold bad parts to some on the board or something? I bought a rebuilt CT-9 from him before in the past and all was good and he was always friendly on Yahoo messenger, etc.

That oil return line was the culprit. The line was freakin' blocked -_- When I swapped manifolds, that caused the line to bend a little bit more causing it to be about 85%-90% restricted. Made a new line today and no more smoking :)

my fuel management is stock and still running strong. I been turbo'ed sense September, 2005.

I really hope thats it. I hate having to keep looking in my rear view mirror in hopes of not seeing any smoke...lol. It's like the smoke is heat seeking. It come right to the front of the car...lol. It's really embarrassing sitting @ a Red Light with a smokey car :(

I think my smoking might be related to a clogged return line. Ima change it tomorrow. It started to smoke after I swapped manifolds so that changed the dimensions of the return line I bet causing it to fold up too much restricting oil flow back into the oil pan >_<

Mines is doing the same thing in the video but with smoke coming outta 2 mufflers instead of 1...lol -_-

My 5e-fe powered Tercel is CT-9 turbo'ed and I ran as much as 10 psi. Un-tuned at that and it's been more then 2 years and still going strong :)
