Picked up my first Glanza last week, and have been using the site for a few weeks now so thought I'd post up an introduction. It's a 1998 Black, sunroof model with FMIC, Turbo Timer, Dump Valve, 15-inch wheels, springs, Induction kit, an exhaust and a few other extras and I'm over the moon with it. Although I only have it a few days, I already have some mods in mind, which brings me to my first question.

The gear stick and gaiter both look tacky, as the previous owner fitted a red gaiter and a cheapo Halfords gerknob. I'm going to pick up a small stubby stick on eBay but haven't been able to find any black gaiters. Anyone know where I can buy one online? The Glanza side decals are also peeling away so I'm going to get a set of replacement silver ones.

After that I'm probably going to pick up a fuel and boost controller, change the wheels and brakes (depending on funds) and will have to get my hands on some ToyotaGTTurbo.com stickers of course :drive:

Anyway looking forward to using the site and learning more about these great cars. Here's a few pics of the car

Cheers.

Looks lovely dude, very clean.

Welcome to the site.

As for gear gaitors, there isnt really any specific for the starlets that i've come accross as i would be interested in one too. Will probably have to be a universal jobby... but i could be prooved wrong by someone :teach:

Happy posting

Cheers for the replies lads. Yea I thought it'd be pretty easy to locate a gaitor online, but it isn't. May have to have a look for scrapped Glanza instead...
