Boost Controller Help !!!

Hi there, if i use a Turbosmart Dual Stage Boost Controller on my 1992 Toyota gt starlet (EP82) will it override the stock settings and let me change the boost for both Hi/Lo settings, for example could i make Hi boost 1bar and Lo boost 0.7bar and just switch between the two stages using the factory Hi/Lo boost switch on the dash? i read somewhere that someone tryed to use a Turbosmart Dual Stage Boost Controller and could not run past 12psi and that these dont work and you should only use a adjustable actuator ? PLEASE help! i am looking to use this on my stock turbo btw, with upgraded exhaust/fueling and intercooler

you can but they never work properly.. better off getting a electronic boost controller and a good adjustable actuator to hold the boost better
