Hey just said id post dis up first before we kit her out,,

Heres d plan..
-conversion to 2e carb engine:cool: (if anyone close by or near enuf has one of these please gimme a shout!! in good nick of course!!)
-Twin 40's or gsxr 600 carbs still undecided :haha:
-d2 coilovers
-wheels reprayed silver or gunmetal
-polo splitter
-gti sideskirts(black)
-and black spoiler,,if i can get one:mad:

oh yeah shes one lady owner from new,88000 miles and two years test aswell;)

cheers,shes clean like,the right project!! I want to keep it more or less original..thats d idea anyway!!i want to keep naturally aspirated...i love the noise!!

Because not everyone wants a turbod engine. I can fully appreciate that.

it doesnt have to be a turbocharged version..a standard 4E will do the job fine :cool:

in any case..i'll love to see where this is goin..i love thses boxy starlets :)

yeah i suppose that would work as the 4E has more power but the 4E is fuel injected and takes away the originality of the car in some ways which he said he wanted to keep.

Old school carb :cool: Get some twin carbs on that and will sound lovely.

x2 my mate has a mk3 polo on carbs and it sounds the tittys! :p

Always appreciated the 2E for it's willingness, they are a real fighter lol.

Would love an EP70 but finding one in good nick is always rare. Yours will make an awesome project car so health to enjoy lad. :cool:

Oldskool mate! This brings up memories.
Shut that chapter of 2e long time ago and doesnt want back only forward.
Now i want an ep85 with a new 4efte big spec :homer: somekind of virus i think :p

thanks guys for all d interest!! yeah it took me a long time to finally decide on wat to put in it butim sticking my feet in d ground with d 2e!! bulletproof engine like..its kinda lookin like twin 40's as opposed to gsxr carbs at d mo!!!
