I'm currently fitting the Blitz FMIC to my '96 Glanza and all is going well apart from the fact I can't get my crash bar back on the car......I'm thinking about modifying the top bracket so that the cooler is pulled more towards the engine. Also just got a Sard b.o.v. n the Blitz pipework is of a smaller diameter so need a Samco reducer or something to solve it.

Sorry bout the blurry pic

Well heres a pic of my old one and the new HDi one. Look at the size difference and I've less lag with the HDi  Serious hours of development put into the HDi cores.

u don't have to do any trimming with the autobahn but the pipe goes over the manifold which is a bit off putting. it could may well be the hdi but u need to do some trimming. looks fantastic tho

with intercoolers (and likewise piping)........size, flow and mass are critical components to determining an efficient intercooler

so some1 can have small inefficient cooler versus a larger more efficient cooler...likewise some1 can have slightly longer better flowing piping compared to shorter inefficient piping with lots of restrictive crush/bends/angles

Just fitted my kit today mate and my old core was 2 and a half times smaller than the HDi one and my turbo actually now spools a tiny bit faster they have spent lots of time an effort to deveoping them only people that own these brilliant kits will appreciate them fully :)
