if you've cooked it, expect to get the block decked also.

This is a must for all Starlet engines if they've been above normal operating temps like yours.
They NEVER seal without decking, which means engine out.
With these motors, when they go wrong, do not skimp on cheap repairs, as they will fall apart again.
I tried to get away without decking 3 times, until my 4th head gasket went, and I rebuilt the entire engine.
Cost about £1300 all together, but it's now bullet proof.
List of things you need to replace, in order to acheive maximum reliability once rebuilt.
Headgasket - Toyota OEM ones are brilliant and are only £35
Headbolt set
All other engine gaskets, again go OEM and they're mint
Big End Barings
Crank Barings
Thrust Washers
Piston Rings
Block removed, decked and crosshatched, and chemically cleaned.
Head checked and skimmed if needed
Stem seals replaced
Timing Belt
Aux Belts
Timing belt tensioner
Radiator, as they block up and cause higher running temps.
Thermostat
Oil
Oil Filter
Coolant
Clean out all the oil in your coolant pipes/rad hoses.
Plugs
Doing all this at once will ensure an engine good for about 50k at 1.0BAR
