Probably about 5 years now, x2 Glanzas.

I can't justify buying new cars all the time, and the starlet is easy and cheap to insure and look after, with ace reliability :) Plus have driven a fair variety of cars, but it's always a smile that appears on my face when I drive the starlet on boost.

Agree 100%! Have driven lots of different cars but just never enjoyed them as much.
When your driving the same car for 5 years and still enjoying it, thats saying something!

Totally agree, I've owned in excess of 30 cars all as a daily driver, each one usually only lasting a maximum of 10 months or so. The longest I've ever kept a car before the Starlet was an E36 325i which I had for 14 months, mainly because it went sideways just as well as it did in a straight line.

An EP turbo may not be the most luxurious motor to own, but it definitely packs a lot of fun into a small affordable package.

Ive owned mine four months, almost put it up for sale over the weekend but in the end td04d it, I get bored too easily and never hold onto a car, the glanza is my 6th car in 3 years driving, always wanted one as a 1st car but couldnt afford one so in the end swapped my passat for the glanza, the passat which I owed twice and had trouble getting it back, yet bordom kicked in and the glanza appeared,

Like everyone else has said the are brilliant fun, id love to go buy a skyline or something but I simply cant insure it so the glanza is the next best thing, anything else I could insure would be a down grade from the glanza and for that reason im gona stick with it, buy myslef a daily diesel and build a monster out of the glanza
