Sweet, will try and pop down then, may head down ace cafe for a burger and some cheesey chips, then breeze down there, most likely in the 5, or my old Mk2 golf! - Lakesides done now right?

I hope too, haha, lets see how long it last's, had it since Jan so fairly long for me! - Yeah the paintjob was a DIY with rollers in Nato Green, I may redo some parts as it has the odd line/track lol! and yeah, greddy kits come up every now and then at around £5-600 will push it to about 160bhp which is more than enough for my needs!

- hardtop fitted

Also put the standard seats back in for now, think I will save for some fixed buckets!

Never spotted this thread and just read through, im impressed with the paint job! Looks proper sweet especially for a DIY one.

Did you just use rollers?? No spray cans?

Thanks bud, I used High density foam gloss rollers, which gave me a virtually perfect finish until the sun came blaring down on my top coat and dried before I managed to flatten it! - I actually like the look it's left with now :)
