Auto Update

TDi have just rang me to say that unfortunetly the Autos do not work on there Dyno. The reason is because there Dyno calculates power at the flywheel, so once the car has been ran in its direct drive gear (4th) it needs to be put into neutral for the run down so the dyo can calculate the power.

Thats pretty much what the guy told me. Sorry to the people with autos. Still going to be food tho :)

Matt
I know it aint your fault Matt, but afaik when you lift off the auto box drops itself into neutral anyhow? or am I wrong lol :homer:

am i allowed to go now??

illl definatley go to this is there is the space.?? sorry to hear bout the auto guys.
my car is a 96 glanza manual. would someone/some people be willing to fit some parts with me before my rolling road shot down there, i have a rrfpr, boost guage, hks actuator and hks fcd to fit, i have all the fitting instructions as per this site printed off, but i dont feel confident chopping vaccuum pipes, ecu wires and fuel lines e.t.c. how much would someone charge for that to be done (pay for your rr session??))
also is there anyone from my area i can meet up with to come down??

Yo, I already said I'll do it. We'll have to find someone smaller than me do do the wiring though, I'm not footwell friendly (height not width!). Just make sure you have all the parts you need like extra fuel hose and stuff.

PC18 is in your are too.

Not necessarily, most kits won't come with the extra fuel hose.

You won;t need to pay for my RR run, my car isn't going on!

Looks like it should be ok as long as those adaptors for the fuel rail are good and they've provided enough hose. Do you have any t-pieces for your boost guage?

Hey Guy's

The RRFPR and FCD will need setting up you know? Which i don't think your going to be able to do on the day, you can fit the Boost Gauge and HKS Actuator and run 0.8bar if required but i wouldn't fit the FCD and go any higher until you can have the fueling adjusted accordingly.

Just better to be safe than sorry :)

Was just gonna set the fuel at 3.2bar.

I can't do the FCD anyway coz I'm not able to get in the footwell.
