Toytuning and TGTT

we have expressed our concerns to Toytuning over the past months and the situation has only gotten worse so to say enough notice has not been given is rubbish.

Personally I am not interested in the time they have decided to take off for Christmas or otherwise I am only interested in seeing people get what they have paid for.

A revocation of trading position will mean that their forum will not be visible on the site and they will not be able to conduct any trading on tgtt. If this occurs they may be reconsidered for a trading position once all outstanding issues have been resolved but that will be a discussion between staff members.

Again guys this gives nobody any pleasure and I think both staff and members have been VERY patient with toytuning over the past months.

No problem. I passed a message onto Kev aswell to pass onto Toby. They do check the email address buddy,

Problem is everyone else discovered this email address and its now being hounded aswell as his PM's.

Well I think they've shot themselves in the foot with accepting communication by too many methods.

It's very easy to come on here and post a thread, but we don't know whats been communicated over the phone or direct email. Perhaps I'm just an easy client but I know what people are like.

We don't really know just how much trading TT do, is this a large percentage of complaints for a business their size?

There's obviously alot of issues and I see no reason why they can't be resolved and that frustrates me more than anything. I agree with the action, just not the time frame as today is the first working day for many.

Then again shutting them down to clear outstanding issues could assist in the matter...

My wife is also waiting for answers on my xmas pressie we recieved part order and then deadly silence! I spoke to some people who said he'd had a certain product trading policy revoked but I'm unsure if this is true and it worries me as to us the money spent is a lot, as a trader I think he must start and provide a contact number that people can get hold of them on and resolve these issues. (Replying to these posts would be great too)

So ToyTuning should work 365 days per year?

Its a public holiday and time to be with family not working.

i work in a small place my self, 4 people in the company tbh. we had alot of work booked in over christmas, and a few things that have been dragging on, yet we have all had the majority of days off, and worked as we have had to do.

if you have a business at the stage where toby's is, you have to put in the extra hours and stuff, especially with things like they are.

Man so many people rawly annoyed its just beyond a joke, as mentioned of i dont hear anything tomoz im giving Trading standards a buzz to see where I stand :(

To resolve these things sometimes you have to be a bit harsh cos with kindness you go no where , if i was toby with all the complaints that were going on in the forum i wouldnt be sleeping at night to resolve the issues let alone take xmas holidays. First you have to get the buisiness well and running then take xmas off and enjoy yourself and leave other people desperate without the car waithing for the parts they ordered weeks before the xmas holidays.

Still i would give him a day from when he gets the mail and respond for the ultimatum (obviously expecting that he answer today on this serious issue)

Its bad to loose another trader from the site SO TOBY GET YOU ASS MOVING :teach:

Tbh, I understand tbggreddy's situation. I have purchased items from various traders on this site, confident that the admins would help/have helped out if there were any issues. Living halfway across the world put our hardearned money at additional risk if the traders turn out to be unrealiable. Hopefully all will be sorted for everyone. That said, the recent measures taken to protect the community are impressive.

Im still waiting for a 901 pound refund for the Hubs and shafts that they have still not contacted me about.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

if you paid via credit card buddy contact your credit card company and they will get the money back for you.

As you protected when paying by credit card

the problem is, it isnt a little amount of money or people that are waiting here, its a serious matter.

when i used toby for my parts he was great and never had a problem, he was always the first to give out advise, but no matter how nice someone is it just really isnt on, for that guy that is owed 900 quid, i know for sure there are others and more that are owed parts for thousands, how much money/parts is actually owed by TT its quite scary.

i dont think they should be shut off the site atleast until everybody gets wat they want as it isnt fair on the customers, but i do think maybe newbies should maybe be given a warning to begin with?

Once trading standards and my credit card agency is informed im sure they will pop up their heads :(

Toby is the main man @ ToyTuning as we all no, i dont really feel its Martina's place to post and maybe she feels the same. Would put her in a really awkward situation and possibly with questions that she may not be able to answer.
