I understand people don't want to see them go and they are entitled to bank holidays etc etc..but people have been waiting for MONTH'S. Think this is what people are not getting.

bit unfair to judge them on what they have or have not been doing over the christmas break until we hear from Toby!

also a bit harsh telling them they have a day to sort things out when the original post was made at 1:28pm and for all we know Toby may still not know about this deadline!

don't get me wrong i'm not defending Toytuning, however it's a bit of an micky mouse ultimatum if they arn't aware of it before hand!

what are the implications of a revoke? will they keep their inbox size?

don't question their doings?? is this a dictatorship? lolol.. jk... BUT... as an overseas member, (still waiting on parts) to have basically the only outlet to reach them other than by email taken away kinda sucks..

i can't nip over to jolly england n have a quick chat with anyone.. i'm miles away. n even tho things aren't going smoothly at least i know that other people are in the same boat and we have somewhere to share our experiences and try to find solutions.. but if the trader section is removed... what then??

Let's remind ourselves this is not about his xmas opening hours. This is about delivering a service to an expected standard. Thus far it seems he is not capable of that, a number of the outstanding issues would appear to stem back months.

I think it is a very disappointing situation to find ourselves in and would urge Toby to least communicate. The working day of the 5th is nearly over and still no activity from his side. Going on previous posts we can see he isn't speaking to his customers, his suppliers or even our admin team.

Martina was online yesterday afternoon and is obviously aware of the wealth of enquiries logged on site. This alone should spark some sort of reaction.

As you would expect I share the very same concerns as a lot of our other members.

you can still use there email address, you can still post on here asking for them to reply, and you can still pm them.

the only thing you wont be able to do is see them trading on this site.

everything was done via there website, tgtt was just an advertisement for there main website, so i dont understand where your coming from.

surely if the mods/admin revoke there trading licence,they wont be able to sell more stuff, so therefore there will be less people in the same situation as you, yet they are not stopping you from still trying to get hold of them.

Just hope toby gets on soon so he can at least try to explain.

Dont disagree with the mods choices tho, they look out for us members superbly :)

didn't know exactly what the 'revoke' would entail.. if it was just trading or everything they do on the forum.

just means that it wont show there name on the forum as a trader

which tbh they do all there trading off there own website so wont make a difference

Im still waiting for a 901 pound refund for the Hubs and shafts that they have still not contacted me about.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Oh and my HT leads also no news on when they are turning up either:mad:

Yep I also paid £55 for the HT leads which didnt turn up and I need to get the car running I ordered them on the 18th of December.

Im being charged interest for the money on the credit card like 15% or something.

If nobody replies by tomoz I may just call tradng standards and ask about my Statatory Rights etc etc.

I know they have had holiday etc etc but it takes like 2 minutes to reply to an email or contact me saying that the transaction will be cancelled etc etc.

Even if they done it when they return i dnt mind but its the lack of Comms

I think the problem with their business is that the majority of components they sell are shipped by the supplier on order and then posted on. This reflects in the waiting times and probably communication side as they have nothing to tell their customers.

They should really be at a point where they have basic stock of components they trade in...

I personally would still like to see Toby succeed, and perhaps the time frame he has been given by the Admins is a little on the harsh side. I would of said give him a week before shutting him down, the potential is still there given a kick up the ass....

I think there are various issues to take into consideration. We have not given Toby/Martina a day to resolve the problem. We communicated our intentions a couple of days ago, and has Jay has pointed out, Martina has been online since so should have read our communication.

Irrespective of this deadline, there are issues that appear to stretch back several MONTHS. Our concern is that these issues should have taken priority, and members should have been kept updated. From the posts on here and UKSC, it would appear that members emails/PM's etc are not being responded to, and this causes us great concern. We have been in contact with Toby before regarding the delays and lack of communication, and unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved.

This is not a decision that has been taken lightly, but we feel it is necessary. Should ToyTuning's trading licence be revoked, then they will not be able to trade on here, but will obviously continue to do so through their website.
