The EP82 late gen 3 plug ECU has a linear resistive TPS.

I think the 323F turbo fits, not 100% sure. If that doesn't, I don't think any turbo will fit without a new manifold or a turbo kit made for the EP82 which will cost quite a bit.

It also messes up the way the ECU handles the fuelling... It doesn't just remove the cut, it shifts the fuel cut, by shifting the boost values the ECU reads. Say for argument sake: 1V - 4 PSI 2V - 8 PSI 3V - 10PSI The FCD (if it is an HKS type) will make it: 1V - 3PSI 2V - 7PSI 3V - 9PSI 4V -...

Sounds like a loose earth or loose distributor/ht lead. And yes it would, recently on my car I ripped an ignition lead, it would idle in neutral fine when under load it would not want to move, leaking all the current to the body. So it is very easy for some loose important connection to do that.

That is very hard to tell, depends on teh ambient temperature and the quality of fuel/additives. Also you didn't mention if the internal components have been uprated to forged. Even then it would be hard to say safely. The only way would be to monitor the knock sensor, and the ECU's ignition...

You have a solenoid that let's air by-pass the throttle for when the engine is still cold. You have another solenoid that raises the idle in the same way for when lights are on. You have another solenoid that raises the idle in the same way for when the aircon is on. The way your car is idling...

It will fit, but it is weaker and the ratios won't feel right.

They will fit, and the 4E-FTE gearbox is said to be slightly stronger then that of the 5E. I currently run a 5E gearbox on a 4E-FTE (the opposite of what I understood you want to do).
