any help on this please!!

the rain has stopped and im exceedingly bored, need somethin to do!!

tried searchin but no luck............

can someone clarify wat pipes to block off and wat ones to let breathe wen removing the oem dumpvalve? i want to run without one at all, as others might after readin this thread, and im a little confused!!

the one goin to the rocker cover i no to put a breather on, wat about the other 2? one is a vacuum pipe i believe, my boost gauge is t'd of it, wat do i do with it? leave it connected to the oem? just put a breather on the other 2??

any help appreciated!! cheers!!

ok first off all the pipe coming out of the rocker cover - that pipe needs to be kept on the rocker cover with a breather filter on the end of it.

disconnect the vacuum pipe thats between the inlet manifold and the oem bov and block it off. ( i believe a screw or a small bolt is easiest way to block it)

with the boost pipe ( the thickest pipe ) it needs to be blocked off also.

you can now remove the oem bov and fill up the hole on the efi pipe with a
50p coin.

hope this is all..
if i think of anything more to add to this ill edit it in later:)

the time i tried to us no dump valve i used a bolt to block the boost pipe - just make sure what ever you use is a very tight fit as you dont want it leaking boost or falling in or out:)

hmm, its like 14mm if at the right pipe, not sure if i have anythin that big......

and the fifty pence peice to block the efi pipe?? it wont fit???

101 questions........sorry!!

ive often heard people on this site use them..
what i done to mine was put a crank case breather on it to just block the hole but you can find something to just block off the hole on the efi pipe but make sure NOTHING falls into it or youll damage the compressor blades on your turbo

and yea it is a big pipe to block off i used a bolt that had a 17ml head on it

I was thinking of going for the HKS SSQV, just for something abit louder! Is that the one everyone would recomend?
