Thats sound like a good powerband for the amount of power its got. At what rpm does power start to drop off? Bet its fun on the streets.

yeah its good fun mate, power doesnt really drop off, hits the limiter @ 7.5k pretty quickly, could do with having it raised to 8k really.

1st and 2nd gear is pretty impossible to get traction at the moment, but 3rd gear onwards it just takes off

yeah that was the idea with the hybrid td04, the td05 would obviously be good for high bhp but i wanted the torque aswell, plus i didnt want it to be hitting boost after 5k... so with the td04 comp housing its not much laggier than a normal td04 but packs alot more punch, and holds the power right to the limiter

thanks for the comments :)

I like your car anyway, Reg. number almost spells "Kalua'", yummy :p

Impressive result mate, especially the amount of torque you got out of it, probably a direct result of the TD05 components within the TD04 housings, as I've never seen TD04's typically produce as much!
