How is sayin 'where is the law' not talking crap! If people areso serious about getting their money back why havnt they started legal action? I just don't understand how people have the balls to say on here but don't go to their solicitor!
Suppose it's easy to blacken someone name behind a screen!
If I had a bad experience I wouldn't have waited on a thread like this starting!

Blackening someones name... are you for real?!? Perhaps if he stopped taking peoples money or supplied their parts his name would not be blackened.
I once again ask...is toby not now fullfilling his orders therefore not taking peoples parts or money!
Plus below my name it says paid member, nothin about a trader, I buy my cars of Trevor so I doubt people with any common sense will know I'm not a trader! So it won't harm trevors business!
He has said, after months of silence, that he is now sorting things out but he has said that in the past and so it remains to be seen - actions speak louder than words. As for your comment about "blackening his name" ... it took us to "blacken his name" a couple of days ago before he would respond to members - if you think it was the wrong thing to do perhaps you should have suggested an alternative way to get him to break radio silence and bother to speak to the people whos money he has been holding for months.
I know you are not a trader but with a companies logo as your avatar and their forum name in your signature less informed members may not. As you appear to be conveying the attitude that it is okay to take peoples money for months and not bother supplying what you have sold I think it would be a great shame if anyone misread your position, thanks for clarifying for new members that you have nothing to do with Trevors trading forum.
as I said... actions speak louder than words... if he lives up to his word then members get what they have paid for that will be great, his past actions suggest otherwise but I will be delighted if this changes.
As for your avatar and signature, you are right it is your business and now that you have cleared it up for people who might not have known I am glad you will not potentially impact anyone elses business.
I think I'm being took up wrong! I'm not saying holding anyones money is right but the man isn't, he is now supplying the parts or money!
I don't think it's fair waiting so long but now the man is supplying so therefore he isn't a theif.

I never intended for this situation to happen but it has regretfully happened and we are moving forward as quickly as possible to resolve it. This is why I am selling our cars and for no other reason but to rectify the business. It will take us a long time to regain even 1% of confidence but I can assure you all that I am doing my upmost to resolve this and am truly sorry after being given chance after chance, regardless of my own situation.
As mentioned NO ONE will be left out of pocket, whilst it may take a short while to process your refund or parts everyone will be rectified I can completely assure you even if it does mean stripping the business back to the core basics. If you need to get in contact for any reason then please do and I will answer any concerns you may have right away, not a week later, not a month later but within an acceptable time frame. Once again I apologise deeply for the situation and hope one day we can be of benefit to the EP market again. Actions speak louder than words and only I can prove this with time.
