Mate, If you wernt bothered, then why post what you have dusted etc etc.
In comparison, you are askin someone, with a 1.3 turbo to go up against your 2.0 turbo.
Is already pointless, in my opinion.
You know for fact that your car will pull better, as you have the bigger capacity.
Anything after the ton in a 1.3 is useless, turbo'd or not.
Also, are you going to race on a runway, if your needing top end?
The 1/4 would be perfect as it shows driver skill and power of the vehicle.

Im not bothered of who will win against me and golden, i'd be happy for him to win as i said in previous post i want a good challange..... thats why i posted the dusted list as i want to get beaten, it makes me aim for more and sets me a target, thats what im lookin for.........
I have to diagree with you about the 1.3 after 100mph....... if he can get enough torque and power out of a 1.3 it will pull very hard after 100MPH and beat alot of 2.0litre turbos including mine..........
i dont know for a fact i will win after 100mph..... as it seems to pull extremly well.... in fact i would go as far as saying i have no idea what would win....... i would like to see the differences between the 2 cars...........
i would like to go on a runway yeah, that would be ideal really......... and on the strip will be cool too.... would like to race in all different variations....

I agree, other people seem to be turning it into a bitching session when theres been nothing but pleasantries between golden and 3sgte lol
I'd be very interested to see which car is quicker!
i got 222 on the rsm....but dunno what rpm that was at,there was NO pull after that worth talking about
as for th q/m times....the 1300cc still on top as he can actually get the power down and that to me is more important than spinning up(id rather be moving than just spinning...but hey thats just my view)

i should of really kept the 1.3.......
not a waste of money if your happy with it,as you know you cant put a 2l turbo engine in a car and not sort out major traction mods,no point IMHO of being able to tell people it has about 300bhp and then spinning on the spot,if you spend big money on traction mods,then your onto a winner,but until then...obviously its still a fast car but soooo much power isnt getting put down:shoot:yeh soo do i..... i wish i never done the conversion now... what a waste of money

nah 4WD isnt really for me........... yeah i gota say i am happy with it... just waiting on some mods to help with traction..... my car doesnt really spin on the spot to be honest... as you know look at the Q/M time and my 60ft is 2.1secs.... so not really stuck on the spot.......
Accelerates from a standing start to 130MPH in around 18 seconds true speed..... so its a far bit quicker then it was with the stock 4efte in. i am ok for now

nah dont say that! its nice to have something other than a td04 going down the strip these days! and yeh your 60ft is great and thats with room for improvement with tyres and lsd, id be very happy if i was you. the weight of the engine must help?!
just think your first run or runs 13.4 was our PB time so far - now thats depressing lol :flame: lol

my TD04 is maxxed out at 22.8psi which managed to get me 168mph on gps its pretty slow after 150 so im kinda scared my engine will pop, as for a 13.2 on 175's is very impressive mate it should be very close with dan when you have some decent tyres, i only managed 13.9 last time but my syncros have gone

Thanks mate, well dans PB is a 13.09, i got a 13.25, so only like 0.135 secs away now, i'd say already pretty close
need to see waht these tyres do really.......168MPH!! fook me mate that is some crazy speed in a starlet, what gearbox you using to reach such a high speed.........?

people have gone into this comparrison too deeply. i litrially jsut want to see the diffrence and have no problem with a good legal drag race. I jusy hope my engine is still as stong after i finish the new headgasket swap
