Send it mate. It is the most reliable i have and known as bug free. It is from a 5e tdo4 1,4 bar. I have 2 more but need to dig them out first from my other comp.
If any other question you are free to ask...may i have not install it yet but i have done a lot of homework on the megamanual so i may be abble at least to guide you to the correct place!.
When you try the ecu i need a harness to be made from you! LOL! Your first order on this..
Go to diyaytotune.com and download the software package so you be able to see my msq file.
Also at a later time try magatunix based on linux..you will enjoy it...much more open code to play with..

I was bad..not td04 ..it was Greddy T517Z with rc550.The configuration of the file i sent you is without any mod on the 5e dizzy.Just wiring of the ms and start up straight away. Saggitarius i think has a guide on here as to how to pick the two vr sensors so dont think it is nessecary to modify the dizzy. Easyer way is to use 36-1 trigger wheel and ford edis-4 ignition but dont know if anyone who wants to buy will like the hassle of fitting a trigger weel to the crank pulley or sourceing ford parts. Its your call tho..as megasquirt can support everything.Sign in the msefi.com and read the succes storys place. You will be amazed of what ms can run..

If anyone buys these to ine themselves, get TunerStudio rather than MegaTune as it is much better!

Chris how will these compare to an EMU, i no the emu's not a standalone but seems to have very similar features, would it be worth changing from the EMU to one of these. £500 sounds dam cheap for a standalone ECU, (not that Im complaining lol) I would be interested

i'm also very interested in this as i'd like to tune it myself on the road (mainly due to the lack of tuners around here)
this sounds to me like the ideal DIY tuners ECU :)

they do a lot more than the emu if you spec it,

nope, not self learning, it needs mapped like any other standalone setup, but there customizable, so people can say exactly what setup they want, chris can add on the neccessary bits, and send it to the buyer, id imagine as he said with a base map, its then ok to drive to a tuners, to have it mapped, or even have a you yourself.

ph.. when i started a thread with megasquirt i was told "go get an emu lad!!" lol. anyway...

you using the diypnp chriss??

if you search a bit on MS you will find that these have endless options!!!

launch control
flat shifting
nos control
waterinjection
boost controll
a/f target with an input of a widebande a/f
rev limiter
boost cut
etc etc

is there any more options, am on the hunt for another standalone with features like antilag etc. was going to go for a motec but this would be easier.
