Yea, Enzo should go to the Police - he's invested time and money into this, his user submitted content has been stolen, and his webspace defaced :/ There is no way it's not criminal... The defacing alone is criminal. Especially when someone involved is offering to buy the site from him. Mental.
Competition is good, and if they didn't like UKSC they should have started a new site from scratch, and won users by providing a better service than UKSC. But stealing the content and rehosting it?..
Even taking a list of email addresses (to contact about the new site) would be questionable, but years worth of posts, threads, user info, attachments etc?..
I can't believe anyone would think it's a legal thing to do :/
