You need to have a wastegate with a spring that can actually hold the amount of boost you want before it opens. eg a .8bar spring will hold wastegate close until the car actually makes .8bar. In your case it would be the actuator... having said that be careful when raising the boost. You must...

I recently notice that my car misfires like crazy sometimes under full throttle.. then i would lift my foot up and then press again and then sometimes it would be ok and others not. I suspect it can be the plugs but not sure. I recently changed the distributor and all the leads seems good...
