As the topic states, I would like to know if 14-15psi from a td04L-13G is safe to run on 92-95 octane pump gas as a daily driver on stock internals
95 octane is the best fuel we get at the pumps here and that in itself is questionable

Ok so I have on a WRX td04 right now with the stock internal wastegate and the actuator rod shortened and positioned perfectly closing the wg shut
in 1st and 2nd gear....I get 14psi low down and this drops off to around 11psi at redline....in 3rd and 4th it holds the 14psi straight to redline...

reading on all the threads pertaining to it and I've gathered this:
on a td04 with 1bar you guys make about 190-200whp....right?
However, a very good tuner(his skill is NOT an issue here) here had to run...
Posting this for a friend of mine..
He has in the EMU, 550 injectors and all supporting mods....however the car is breaking up and misfiring while in boost...
Everything has been tried to solve this problem, most recently MAP sensor changed but same thing...
By chance the input of lag...

I've been doing some searching on the forums and haven't been getting much info on using the 5efe manifold on the 4efte....
seems like porting the stock one is the usual route...
anyone could share any info on this or link me to threads where it may have been discussed before?

Hello there....I have a stock ep82 4efte and last week the motor started spitting lots of oil through the valve cover breather as well as smoke....
Did a compression test and got 140 in cylinders 1 and 3, 90 in cylinders 2 and 4...
Took apart the engine and piston 2 and 4 are cracked on...
