sometimes they do need to cut holes in the floor to weld a cage up, but that A pillar looks well messed up!

SumoPower probably didn't know that John ripped anyone off before they hired him so I would wait to see what they do before tarring them with the same brush, they also having hired him need to go through the proper channels to give him the boot.

Because it is between John and Gary and has nothing to do with Sumo Power it is not my place to supply info or take sides etc
I will say that there are 2 sides to the Story.

Although people jumping on the Band Wagon saying they will not buy from Sumo again I find quite harsh when they actually know nothing about the situation?

Sumo Power were not involved in the dealings with 'John', so they have nothing to answer for. They have an employment contract with 'Gary' which has no relevance to his previous activities, they employ the guy to do a job and as long as he has the capability to do that job the contract is being fulfilled. If the guy isn't allowed to keep a job and earn some money, there's even less chance that 'John' will ever see back anything he's owed.
This 'Gary' isn't running Sumo Power he now works for them, there's a big difference. Choose to avoid Sumo Power if you feel strongly enough, however just make sure you don't take your car to another GTaRt instead.

Gary was employed for the reason he is easily one of the best tuners in the UK when it comes to Skylines, Has built or been involved in pretty much every single big powered Skyline in the UK since day one.
I am not saying his business skills are great hence this big thread on GTROC, But he wasn't employed for his business skills.
Ok maybe Gary should have gone on the Forum earlier to straighten the record and sort this out with John, But as far as I am aware it is being sorted between them now.
And as Tex said, He is a small cog in a very big business. Although this has become way out of control. Hopefully it should be sorted between them now.
