I certainly did yeah, I just plugged it in and took it a drive, I wasnt sure what to do really so I took it easy at 1st but when I did give it some I could feel the difference.
The car just feels more aggressive and around 5k the car gets another lease of life from somewhere kinda like hitting boost all over again.
I'll go and dig out my dyno graphs and let you see the power curve I get.
the 1st dyno spec was;
dave burwash mani (heat wrapped)
sps decat
custom cat back exhaust
cone filter relocated to grill
hks actuator set @ 0.8bar
stock top mount
ct9b
blitz access ecu
I got 166.9bhp (137.9atw) and 141.5lbft
2nd spec was;
new (secret) 3mm stainless mani (heat wrapped)
sps decat (heat wrapped)
same exhaust
same filter
hks actuator set @ 1 bar
tuning developments 225lph fuel pump
hdi front mount
ct9b
blitz access
this produced 200.9bhp (174.9 atw) and 27.9Kgm which works out about 178lbft iirc
I also fitted poly engine mounts and lose 3bhp less between the fly and they wheels.
As ALaN says, I'm also using a Blitz Access.
I know for a fact it is running quite rich as my car stinks of fuel after a good thrash and even on idle. That's running V-power. I've just filled up with BP ultimate and I have notices the afr has trimmed back quite a bit. Still in the Rich band during boost. It's only a narrowband gauge but the different fuel has made a big difference. I get the impression, my dismal fuel ecomony will improve too.
Will have to get a wide band up its arse on the rollers to see exactly how it's fueling.
