Are factory Recaro seats interchangeable between passenger and driver side pls? i.e. railings are compatible with each other?

as above, does a high quality silicone hose (3 ply reinforced) suitable to be used as a turbo oil return? Think its a 19mm inside diameter from both ends (CT9 end and sump). (the standard hose is a rubber one and tends to crack by time, mine sheered from clips just after one month, from Toyota...

what the job of replacing the ct9 oil feed/return flange consist of? bolt sizes etc would be appreciated as im going to have mine changed (probably the return pipe only, but want to see it first as its worn out)! what is the size (inside diamter) needed for the oil return pipe to the sump?

as above what your opinions about the Apexi safc old version (the one with 5 knobs, one at each rev range)? need some info about it and how do you found that as a benefit to your 4efte performance? how difficult is it to use etc etc i will using it to fine tune afrs at top end with the Blitz...
